I experienced a huge change in my running in 2012, for the first time, during a long run (over 4 miles for me at that time) my running switched from ok, how much longer must I go to get this done to
WOW, this is really enjoyable!
Running has provided me with so many benefits! Stress relief (huge for a working Mommy for some me time), feeling fit and proud of myself that I can acomplish running distances I never thought possible, and along with diet, the ability to look good in all my clothes :0
Plus, I find races REALLY fun and the rest of the family is catching on too!
